Negative AirNav comments from 7/2024: “Just watched the line guy at Atlantic tug a Beechjet all over the ramp without removing the tow pin. I advised the crew of this so they inspected the aircraft for damage. When they informed the manager about the incident the line guy lied and said he removed the pin and then replaced it. Watch your aircraft if you decide to use Atlantic”.

Signature.  8/2024.  (703) 572-0001. Negative AirNav comments from 3/2024: “Signature wants nothing at all to do with non-turbine aircraft. I had previously checked prices and Signature had been charging handling fee $30 (waived with 10 gal @$9.83/gal), parking $75.00 for time over 1 hour, landing $15.20, Infra $10.00. I was floored when they came back with $225 per day parking after 1 hour! $225???????????? I told them this cannot be right and I was told it’s $75.00. After 3 CSRs reviewed and me telling them thanks but no thanks, I’ll go to another FBO, the manager finally came out and said they will waive parking for the 1 night I am there. The following morning the CSR who remembered my explained they had increased parking from $75.00 to $225.00 the day before. Clearly they want only big plane drivers. Steer clear if you are a in a light piston, they probably won’t recognize what you fly anyway.”
