Since it’s changed over to Atlantic the customer service has been terrible. They are obviously focused on the jet aircraft and not so much on the general aviation aircraft. After 2 bad experiences in a row I have diverted over to Flying Cloud where my Cessna 182 and me were warmly welcomed.”
